Harper is available for public speaking and media inquiries on the general topics of elementary education, children and social issues, addressing controversial topics in young children's learning, and gender/sexuality/LGBT issues in schools. He is also available on a limited basis for relevant consulting work with schools, museums, educational technology, media, and other children’s educational programs. He is especially interested in international collaborations outside of the US & Canada.
